About the role:

  • Prospecting to generate new sales leads and listings
  • Assisting at Open Homes, inspections and Auctions
  • Handling prospective buyer enquiries
  • Installing For Sale, For Rent and Pointer signs
  • Letterbox delivery of promotional material

About the you:

  • A Current Driver License and a vehicle
  • The hunger and drive to get new business
  • Strong communication skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
  • Great organisation skills and confidence
  • Have an Assistant Agent Certification and/or Real Estate License - if you're a new comer to the industry we will assist you to obtain your qualifications
  • Experience in the real estate industry
Sales Associate

About the role:

  • Assist in prospecting for new property listings
  • Attend open homes and private inspections
  • Respond to buyer enquiries
  • Follow up buyers on their feedback after Inspections
  • Prepare information packs for listings and buyer inspections
  • Enter data in database for future follow up
  • Assist in preparation of marketing for properties for sale
  • Prepare seller feedback reports after inspections

About the you:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Current driver's license and presentable vehicle
  • Current salesperson registration certificate
  • Previous experience in databasing and email
  • Previous Real Estate experience is a bonus

  • Preference will be given to those with a Real Estate License, Auction accreditation and those with business building skills
Marketing Assistant

About the role:

  • Coordinate all property and agent marketing
  • Manage and book sales advertising campaigns in multiple outlets
  • Prepare marketing schedules
  • Liaise with PR and Social Media agencies to coordinate marketing
  • Coordinate photography, brochures, and floorplans advertising, and PR activities to promote our business
  • Coordinate events, community engagement, seminars, and webinars
  • Assist with preparing and executing marketing strategies to promote agents, property listings and sales, and the general company

About the you:

  • Determination to succeed
  • Copywriting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Marketing and Communications degree or similar qualification
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of marketing trends to keep us at the forefront
  • Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry would be desirable
  • Knowledge of design/marketing programs such as InDesign, Canva, CampaignTrack, Photoshop, etc.
Administrative Assistant

About the role:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Greet customers and other visitors and respond to enquiries
  • Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times to all customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments successfully
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
  • Support event planning and function coordination

About the you:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail, organised approach and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
